At The Turntable Store, we want you to enjoy every note; if you are not completely satisfied with your high-fidelity equipment, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack with Care
Carefully repack the turntable or accessory in its original double-walled box and foam inserts to prevent calibration shift or cosmetic damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are completely covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
